This new event was introduced as a summer event (August) in 2018 and is open to all players in the League who are interested in participating and who turn up on the night and pay a £1 entry fee.

Medals, rather than trophies, are awarded for the summer events. The League has not held any competitions in August prior to 2018 as a lot of players with young families are on holiday, but a number of players had requested some competition and it was agreed to hold different competitions at different venues on the first three Mondays of the month. This tournament is played on a simple knock out basis but participants are encouraged to play shots more quickly and not spend too much time thinking about each shot.
